By becoming a worker at Bethlehem House, you will be making a positive impact in the lives of people experiencing homelessness and those men at risk of experiencing homelessness. For some workers, offering friendship to the people experiencing homelessness, and sharing skills and experiences, is a chance to give something back to the community. For others, it is an opportunity to develop new skills and experience in a supportive environment.

Working at Bethlehem House can also make a difference in your own life too. It is a rich and rewarding experience. As a worker, you will benefit from:

  • Contributing to your community;
  • Experiencing a sense of achievement;
  • Learning new skills;
  • Meeting new people from diverse backgrounds;
  • Sharing your friendship;
  • Sharing your skills and teaching others; and
  • The satisfaction of helping others.
